A Moving Time

We've all been awaiting Barb's word to help with their move to Tuscon. Although we've prayed something good would prevent it, alas it seems that the trucks have been commissioned and the loading has begun.

On Monday evening, some Stills were on hand to help with the packing, Uncle Les was off in the truck with Keith and Norm, and we packed up the kitchen and some of the den.

Tuesday brought us a parade and MORE packing - The Bacons came to help out as did Cori's friend Sean ... who, I might say, was an incredibly good sport throughout the day. He went from not knowing us in the morning to a full Moore-Huie Emersion - complete with Woodards, Starlings, Cushings and Bacons.

Here's the kids taking a much needed break from the heat and humidity.

It would seem that a 2nd truck is in order so that the household can be moved and the Cushings will be heading out on Friday morning. They leave with all of our blessings and love and continued prayers for a "smooth move" and a safe journey.
